About Kristina
Hello, I’m Kristina Felker – a mother, photographer, creator, poet, journalist, and collector of notebooks. With over a decade of experience as a freelance photographer, my journey has introduced me to various cultures and its people, allowing me to connect with individuals from all walks of life.
As the “strange kid” in my family growing up, I was never afraid to step into the unfamiliar – instead I was thirsty to explore it. I’ve always felt naturally drawn to humanity, cultures, music, dance, language, and nature.
Language particularly has always been a vital part of my life. As a trilingual speaker, and with recent studies in Spanish and French, I’ve expanded this deep fascination for the many ways people communicate and express themselves.
Being a visual storyteller, I combine photography, sound, words, and video to communicate the world through my eyes and perspective.
My obsession with black and white photography drives me to capture raw moments that speak to the soul– everything I create is about connection. In the art of leaving a trace, I want to use my life, my experiences and work it into a work of art, into a message, connection, inspiration for others or whatever you may choose for yourself to take from it.
If my work resonates with you, I’d love to connect. Don’t hesitate to reach out – I’m always open to new stories, collaborations, and conversations.
